Octo Metric is a SBA-approved small business joint venture between SBA-approved mentor-protégé firms Octo Consulting Group (Octo) and Metric5 Consulting (Metric5). Together Octo and Metric5 offer the U.S. Federal government IT capability across the full spectrum of IT services.
Defense, Intelligence, Homeland Security
We proudly support many programs within our national defense and homeland security apparatus with premiere IT services. We employ Agile software development techniques to provide warfighters, and intelligence and business analysts access to the geospatial intelligence and mission critical information they need. We excel at optimizing business processes and performance by providing data consolidation, integration, visualization, and identity management capabilities that eliminate manual processes and result in a wholistic decision support capability. Through all of our work supporting the DoD, DHS, and the Intelligence Community, Octo Metric maintains a focus providing our customers the best systems and information possible.
Financial SErvices
Octo supports a number of agencies related to financial services within the U.S. Federal government including the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Department of the Treasury. Our work for both of these agencies and others supports a wide variety of IT services from requirements generation, to enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, to establishing centers of excellence. Our initial and primary focus for all our financial services work is providing IT services that are secure, scalable, and reliable while using forward leaning technologies and methodologies.
Healthcare
We continue to provide innovative solutions to support the evolving needs of many Federal health agencies including the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). By providing full life-cycle strategy, consulting, development, and implementation services, our clients are able to establish new efficiencies, streamline workflows, and lower costs across their organization.
